Nationwide PA Draft Consultation Meeting THPO #4

Description

It’s been some time, but the Bonneville Power Administration, Western Area Power Administration, Southwestern Power Administration, and the Tennessee Valley Authority have prepared a draft nationwide programmatic agreement (NPA) focused on transmission operations and maintenance. We began drafting the document in late summer 2024 following the consultation period on the draft outline.  The draft NPA is attached for your review along with a cover letter.  We are proposing four virtual consultation meetings for Tribes.  Letters and emails along with the draft document and links to the consultation meetings are being sent to each Tribe within the agencies’ collective service areas as well.  Each of the meetings will have the same format. If you would like to attend, please register at the links below.  Following the consultation meetings, the four agencies will update the draft NPA as necessary and provide it for review and comment during a 60-day consultation period.
